Jennifer joined the firm of Purser, Dooley in October 1999, following the completion
of her articles and a year of practice at a large downtown firm in Toronto, where she engaged in the practice of corporate and commercial law. She continues to practice in these areas as well as residential and commercial real estate and wills and estates administration.
Jennifer Craddock-Jones has extensive experience in all aspects of real property law, including the acquisition, disposition and financing of residential properties. In addition, she represents developers and builders with regard to freehold and condominium developments of varying scope and size and she assists such clients regularly with regard to the structuring and preparation of the necessary development and sales agreements and project financing documentation.
Jennifer currently acts as a corporate solicitor to over one hundred local businesses and advises clients on a variety of issues, including business acquisitions and related transactions, commercial lending and directors liability. Jennifer also provides assistance in drafting various agreements, including Shareholders' Agreements, as required by her corporate clients on a day to day basis.
She graduated from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 1997, and was called to the Bar in February 1999. Prior to law school, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from McMaster University in 1994.
