Background:
Tiffany Little's practice focuses on acting for insurers in the defence of personal injury, property/casualty and coverage disputes. Tiffany has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as at the Supreme Court of Canada. She is also active in facilitating on behalf of her clients, where appropriate, the resolution of claims through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Tiffany enjoys presenting educational seminars to insurance adjusters and has been published in Without Prejudice, the official journal of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association.
Notable Publications:	Broadening the “Range” of CCAA Proposals: The Ontario Court of Appeal Decision in Anvil Range Mining Corporation; Commercial Insolvency Reporter, Vol. 15, No. 1. Restrictive Covenants and Confidentiality Agreements; co-authored with John E. Brooks and presented at the Ontario Employee Confidentiality Issues in the Workplace conference in February 2001.
