Insurance Defence

Our insurance defence team has broad, in-depth experience in a wide range of insurance defence cases. There are two sides to every dispute and insurers must vigorously defend themselves against inappropriate claims. We have the experience and knowledge to defend against all types of insurance claims.

At PDCS we recognize that insurers need strategic advice and the best counsel available to defend against claims and to ensure that the injuries and damages are accurate and payments are appropriate. Experienced lawyers are vital partners in identifying fraudulent claims and quantums that fall outside the realm of reality. We provide thoughtful, knowledgeable and highly capable advice to assist our insurance clients on a variety of matters, including the interpretation of complex contractual terms, statutory requirements and limitation periods and the options and strategies available to clients throughout the litigation process.
